Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Obra Community (“Obra”), you agree to these terms. Obra is operated by Advervia Advertising Agency as part of Sukii Community.

2. What Obra is

Obra is a job listing directory for Capiz Province. We publish job listings and route interested applicants to the employer's own email or external application page. Obra is not a recruitment agency, staffing agency, or applicant tracking system, does not collect resumes, and is not a party to any employment relationship that results from a listing.

3. Accounts

Job seeker accounts are free. Employer accounts require accurate business information — job listings only go live after Obra's review team verifies your DTI/SEC registration and Mayor's Permit. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Employer obligations

• Listings must accurately describe the role, employer, and terms of employment.
• Overseas and OFW job listings are not permitted on Obra — that's a separate, DMW-licensed regime we don't operate in.
• You're responsible for your own communication with, and hiring decisions about, applicants who apply. Obra only routes the initial introduction.
• Obra may reject or remove a listing that violates these terms or applicable law, at any stage.

5. Applicant conduct

When you apply to a listing, you're agreeing to share your name and email with that employer. Use the contact information you receive only for the purpose of that application — not for unrelated solicitation.

6. Fees and billing

Some employer plans are paid; free trial terms and plan pricing are shown at signup and on the pricing page. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

7. No guarantee of outcome

Obra doesn't guarantee that any listing will result in a hire, or that any application will receive a response. We verify that employers are legitimate businesses before their listings go live; we don't vet individual hiring decisions.

8. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the listing content you submit, and grant Obra a license to display it on the platform. The Obra name, logo, and site design belong to Advervia Advertising Agency.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms — including fraudulent listings, fake employer documents, or attempted overseas/OFW placements — without refund of any amount tied to the violation.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Obra is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Advervia Advertising Agency's liability arising from your use of Obra is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Obra evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
